Please consider that all of our products are made by hand at the time of order, assembled and packaged by us specifically for you, and transferred by us to the logistics provider of your choice. No middlemen; no warehouses; no outsourcing.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. For items shipped with the US Postal Service this is 3 – 5 business days for domestic US Shipments and 6 – 10 days for International Shipments. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All items shipped via the US Postal Service are a flat rate of $15 (even internationally). CognitiveMetropolis ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and internationally where allowed by the US Postal Service. Any item shipped with logistics providers other than the US Postal Service will be calculated at the time of order.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
For international customers (located outside the U.S., its territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses) CognitiveMetropolis is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
CognitiveMetropolis is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim (US Postal Service shipments are insured).
Returns and Refunds Policy

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from CognitiveMetropolis.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items can be refunded.
